"Its been a week since we got married and the band played for our guests in the evening. Since then we have had no shortage of people telling us how amazing the band were. How fun they were and how much the kids enjoyed dancing to everything they played! They were really professional throughout and were kind enough to throw in an impromptu really fun last dance when our taxi arrived. The band were a real highlight of the day and I am only sorry that we couldn't thank them enough before we departed."

We’re KC and the Nightshift, a six-piece live band with more grooves than Tiger Tim's vinyl collection and a horn section that could wake the dead in Paisley.
We’ve been at this game a long time. Weddings, corporate events, parties, packed dancefloors and the odd “one more song!” at midnight — we’ve seen it all, played it all, and enjoyed every sweaty minute of it.
Our secret weapon?
A red-hot brass section that doesn’t just add to the music — it drives it. Tight, punchy, and powerful enough to lift even the most stubborn uncle onto the floor.
We play the songs folk actually want to hear.
From soul, funk and Motown through to classic pop, disco and floor-filling anthems, we know exactly how to read a room and keep it moving.
No filler. No ego. No staring at pedals for five minutes.
Just great songs, played properly, with energy, style and a bit of swagger.
Whether it’s a wedding crowd ready to party or a corporate audience that “doesn’t dance” (aye right), we’ll have them shifting before they know what’s hit them.
